These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the WE999 mobile application and all associated services. By registering an account or using the WE999 app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use WE999. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. WE999 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to close accounts where this requirement is not met.
The platform is intended for use by residents of Pakistan. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where such platforms are restricted do so at their own risk and outside the scope of WE999's support.
2. Account Registration
Each user may hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. WE999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep login details confidential.
Account registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number. This number is used for account identity, password recovery, and transaction verification.
3. Deposits
Minimum deposit is Rs 100 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs 500. Deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees only.
WE999 does not charge a fee for deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charge.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used.
4. Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal is Rs 100 for mobile wallets and Rs 500 for bank transfer. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rs 50,000 across all methods.
Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours. Requests submitted after 6 PM Pakistan Standard Time or over public holidays are queued for the next working day.
WE999 reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Supporting documents may be requested. Failure to provide requested documents will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
Bonus balances are subject to wagering conditions as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Funds that have not met applicable conditions are not eligible for withdrawal.
5. Games and Fair Play
All games on WE999 use random number generation or live dealer formats. Outcomes are determined in real time and are not pre-determined.
Players must not use external software, scripts, bots, or any form of automated tool to gain an unfair advantage. Accounts found using such tools will be suspended immediately and balances will be reviewed before any return of funds.
Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited. WE999 monitors for patterns consistent with collusion and will act on confirmed cases.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Bonus terms are stated inside the app at the point of offer. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of its specific terms. General principles that apply to all bonuses:
Bonuses are for the registered account holder only and cannot be transferred. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. WE999 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus systems, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, results in forfeiture and account suspension.
7. Responsible Gaming
WE999 is a game platform intended for entertainment. Players are responsible for managing their own participation levels. If you believe your gaming activity is becoming a problem, you may request a voluntary account suspension through the in-app live chat.
WE999 may restrict or suspend accounts where patterns suggest problematic use, at its discretion.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
WE999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that:
Violates these terms and conditions. Provides false registration information. Is found to be involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Belongs to a person under 18 years of age.
Where an account is closed for rule violations, balances under review may be withheld pending investigation.
9. Limitation of Liability
WE999 provides the platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.
WE999 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the user's end, or force majeure events.
10. Changes to These Terms
WE999 may update these Terms and Conditions. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notification. Continued use of the app following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of WE999 are subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
